OUR PRINCESS

I really feel like we have the perfect daughter for us, not because she is smart or sweet, but because she is able to be a girlly girl and also loves sports. This is a dream come true for me because I love to dress her up and do her hair and also because David and I love sports. It warms my heart when she yells "Go Yankees" or "Go Titans" while wearing her tutu. Currently we are trying to get her to say "Go JETS" Since Daddy is a huge fan and they are in the AFC playoffs tomorrow.

My aunt and uncle sent Avery a tutu for Christmas and she LOVES it. She wears it all the time along with her purse full of hair accessories, like a blow dryer and a straightener.
I know she may not always be like this but I sure am enjoying the moment. Below are some pictures of her in her tutu with her purse.

Notice her shoes and necklaces. I may have a major diva on my hands.

SNOW DAY

January 10th - We woke up to 3 inches of snow. Avery and I were so excited to go out and play in it and have a snow day.

I love this bunny hat. I can't get her to wear it. This is the only time she would put it on and I bet that was because I told her she could not play in the snow without a hat on.

Avery really enjoyed running in the snow. She did not like when her gloves got wet.
I tried to teach Avery how to make a snow angel but she wasn't very interested.

CHRISTMAS 2010

We had such an exciting holiday season. I hope everyone had a joyful Christmas and New Year's with filled with family and friends. Below are some pictures of our holiday.

Avery opening presents on Christmas morning. She was so much fun this year. She kept talking about Santa coming and bringing her presents down the chimney. Of course no one else got presents, they were all for her.

Leaving food out for Santa's reindeer so they knew where to find her. She really enjoyed throwing it up in the air.

Granny and Avery making cookies for Santa. He really enjoyed the cookies and milk she left him.
